Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original Bond & Mason packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel, removing any previous delivery markings.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification and your refund once our quality control team inspects the garment.
